There are many ways to get involved, and each opportunity plays an important role in creating a welcoming, supportive environment for the families we serve. Explore the options to see how you can help.

Volunteer opportunities

Birthday Buddies

Because our visiting children are not able to celebrate birthdays with their Visiting Parent, Kymari House hosts birthday celebrations on-site to ensure each child feels celebrated and special.

Ways to help

- Celebrate your birthday joy by hosting a fundraiser for Kymari House
- Make a Birthday Buddy donation of $25, which provides a birthday cake, candles, balloons, and everything needed for a meaningful celebration

Snack Supporters

Are you a couponer? Do you love to shop? We need Snack Supporters to help keep Kymari House stocked for our weekend visitors!

Ways to help

- Provide snacks for one month: $200
- Volunteer to grocery shop and stock the fridge with us.
- Purchase snacks and deliver them to Kymari House. (We'll send you a list.)

Cleaning Crew

Help us get the place sparkling clean for our visiting families!

Ways to help

- Volunteer: Is your smalle group looking to give back? Volunteer as one of our weekly cleaning crews! Bring 5-10 friends and join us from 3-5 pm on a Thursday or Friday to clean.
- Provide Cleaning Supplies for one month: $150

Yard Party

If you are a plant person or just really like pulling weeds, we would love to chat!

Ways to help

- Volunteer: Seasonal assistance is needed to keep the yard looking tidy - assorted landscaping projects like weeding the front garden, planting seasonal flowers for the front porch, or trimming up the yard.
- Provide landscaping supplies (mulch, plants, etc.) to make the outside of Kymari House as magical as the inside and we'll do the rest: $100
